How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive in 5 to 8 business days. Free shipping is available within the Continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to follow your delivery status in real time.

What is your return policy?

If your pool table, foosball table, or arcade machine arrives damaged or is not what you expected, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange.

Can I exchange my item for a different model?

Absolutely. If you would like to swap your game table or arcade machine for a different model, reach out to our team and we will walk you through the exchange process.

Do pool tables require assembly?

Most of our pool tables and foosball tables include detailed assembly instructions and hardware. If you have questions during setup, our support team is glad to help walk you through it.

How do I choose the right size game table for my room?

We recommend measuring your space and leaving at least 5 feet of clearance on each side of a pool table for comfortable play. For foosball and arcade machines, 3 to 4 feet of clearance works well.
